Paul Marinaccio, based in New York, is the CEO of Tribeca Leadership. He brings more than 30 years of coaching and executive experience helping organizations succeed through improved management, talent development, business development, and communications strategies. Paul coaches and advises senior executives in financial and professional services, wealth management, manufacturing, the media, real estate, communications, utilities, the federal government and academia. He leads his team in service to clients in North America, Europe, the Middle East and Asia. In addition, he led the creation of internal coaching and development programs at several U.S. corporations, as well as coach training for clergy in the Episcopal Dioceses of New York and Long Island. Barbara Christian is an executive coach and results-driven talent management and development leader, with a passion for increasing performance and enabling growth for individuals, teams and organizations. Barbara’s diversified experience includes coaching and consulting and in-house roles in talent and HR in complex, fast-paced global organizations. She has a track record of designing and implementing transformative talent and leadership initiatives that align with an organization’s strategic priorities. She led the strategy development, change management and implementation of a variety of key strategic talent processes at BNY Mellon, including a scalable professional development strategy to upskill employees in core capabilities. She served as executive coaching practice lead and spearheaded leadership assessment and executive development initiatives. Before joining BNY Mellon, Barbara was a talent management consultant at Mercer, where she led projects in talent and leadership development, executive coaching, leadership assessment, professional development, and organization design and people strategy development. Silvana Cremonini is an executive coach and organization development specialist. She has worked with senior clients in health care, pharmaceuticals, aerospace, manufacturing and consumer products. As a coach and consultant to executive committees in cross-cultural environments, Silvana focuses on team effectiveness and change leadership and talent development strategies. As Region Director for an internal consulting group at Johnson & Johnson, Silvana established European Operations, and led a multicultural and geographically dispersed team. Pat ran “people services” at the New York Times for 20 years, a position that included oversight of the EAP. At the Times she developed coaching programs across five divisions leading to resolution of high cost performance problems. Pat became a senior consultant with Guttman Development Strategies, a leading consulting firm in the area of Team Alignment.
Pat has Masters degrees in Psychology, Social Work and European History. Earlier in her career, she was a Manager and Director of Training at the outpatient clinic of Psychiatric Institute of Columbia University. She was an Instructor at Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons, and Associate Professor of Social Work at New York University.
Pat has been on the faculty for the “Managing Global Account Certification” at Columbia Business School and the Faculty of the Sulzberger News Media Executive Leadership Program at Columbia Journalism School. Sushil Cheema is an executive coach with an affinity for the law, journalism, and other professional fields. He has served as the Board Chair of Neumann University in Philadelphia and led its Development Committee for four terms. Rob brings more than three decades of communications counsel and coaching to his clients. He provides strategic communications, crisis management, media training, investor relations and public affairs counsel to a wide range of real estate, financial, corporate and not-for-profit organizations. And as the media landscape has shifted in recent years, he has helped Tribeca Leadership develop media training and refresher programs for senior executives.
He has drawn from his experience most recently as a senior leader in corporate communications for CBRE, a Fortune 500 company and the world’s largest commercial real estate services and investment firm. In that role he strategically managed internal and external crises and provided crucial public affairs direction on a wide range of real estate, financial, reputational, and enterprise challenges. Rob also served as the company’s primary spokesperson to the media, garnering extensive positive publicity for CBRE. He facilitated positive media opportunities with The New York Times, Forbes, The Financial Times, The Wall Street Journal, CNBC, CNN, Fox Business and other media outlets.
Prior to his tenure at CBRE, Rob served as Senior Vice President at Robinson Lerer & Montgomery, directing public relations and reputation management programs for major organizations including Credit Suisse First Boston, S. G. Cowen and the Archdiocese of New York. Angela Hayden is an affiliate consultant of Tribeca Leadership and a communications coach with expertise in presentations, voice and presence. In her work, Angela draws on previous corporate roles helping C-Suite executives develop and rehearse presentations in the record and music industry. Angela is also an actor and playwright and brings her corporate knowledge and theater arts skills to her work as a coach in a variety of industries. One of her recent coaching assignments was to support senior managers in a Big Four firm who were candidates for promotion to partner level positions. She also helps run workshops with large service companies in the financial and manufacturing fields. Angela has utilized her expertise in volunteer work in New York at Dress for Success and by helping to create a program for local residents seeking to improve job job search skills. Morgan as an investment banker and later as a senior communication and marketing executive in New York and London. He has held leadership roles at top communications-advisory firms, where he helped clients in financial services, retailing, healthcare, technology and energy to present complex financial, legal and scientific issues. Neil Parker, based in Chicago, is a corporate communications consultant with nearly 20 years of experience in helping executives tell their stories with authority and credibility. As a trainer and coach, Neil teaches executives the concepts and techniques that bring consistency and impact to interactions with the media, but also with employees, customers, boards of directors and external stakeholders. Neil has developed training programs and media relations strategies for companies in industries as diverse as financial services, food and beverage, engineering, sports and government. Juli Tai Marinaccio is Tribeca Leadership’s marketing and communications coordinator, and assists with media training executives and researching professional methods our coaches use with our clients. Juli is also a skilled illustrator, cartoonist, and printer, and graduated from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago with a B.F.A. in 2020. She applies her art skills to Tribeca Leadership’s website, editorial products and workshop presentations. Juli has also organized and participated in a variety of anthologies and zines. They include Asian American, a comics anthology, and an upcoming project, Ghost Office. Philippe Rosinski, based in Brussels, is a renowned expert in global leadership and the first European to have been designated Master Certified Coach by the International Coach Federation.
