Tribeca Leadership operates through a consortium of veteran coaches, trainers, organizational consultants and communications strategists in North America, Europe, and Asia.

The following consultants are independent affiliates of Tribeca Leadership who work with clients in one or more of our service areas: executive coaching & training, leadership communications, cross cultural services, career & personal coaching, business transformation and client pursuit services.

Paul Marinaccio | Chief Executive Officer

Paul Marinaccio, based in New York, is the CEO of Tribeca Leadership. He brings more than 30 years of coaching and executive experience helping organizations succeed through improved management, talent development, business development, and communications strategies. Paul coaches and advises senior executives in financial and professional services, wealth management, manufacturing, the media, real estate, communications, utilities, the federal government and academia.  He leads his team in service to clients in North America, Europe, the Middle East and Asia. In addition, he led the creation of internal coaching and development programs at several U.S. corporations, as well as coach training for clergy in the Episcopal Dioceses of New York and Long Island. Paul’s understanding of executive behavior was honed as a Managing Director at Deloitte in the United States and China in the areas of leadership and professional development, marketing and business development, and public relations/crisis management. Previously he was a commissioner-level leader of economic development for the City of New York and an award-winning business journalist for Newsday. He completed the iCoachNY executive coaching program at Baruch College’s Zicklin School of Business, was awarded a Davenport Fellow in business and economics reporting at the University of Missouri, and received his B.A. with honors from Rutgers College. Barbara Christian | NEW YORK

Barbara Christian is an executive coach and results-driven talent management and development leader, with a passion for increasing performance and enabling growth for individuals, teams and organizations. Barbara’s diversified experience includes coaching and consulting and in-house roles in talent and HR in complex, fast-paced global organizations. She has a track record of designing and implementing transformative talent and leadership initiatives that align with an organization’s strategic priorities.  She led the strategy development, change management and implementation of a variety of key strategic talent processes at BNY Mellon, including a scalable professional development strategy to upskill employees in core capabilities. She served as executive coaching practice lead and spearheaded leadership assessment and executive development initiatives. Before joining BNY Mellon, Barbara was a talent management consultant at Mercer, where she led projects in talent and leadership development, executive coaching, leadership assessment, professional development, and organization design and people strategy development.  Having lived and worked in different cultures, she is highly adaptable and fluent in English, German, and Spanish.  She holds a M.S. in Change Management from the New School and an MBA from Karl-Franzens-University. Barbara’s areas of focus are executive coaching & leadership development, talent management and culture transformation.

NORTH AMERICA

Silvana Cremonini | New York

Silvana Cremonini is an executive coach and organization development specialist. She has worked with senior clients in health care, pharmaceuticals, aerospace, manufacturing and consumer products. As a coach and consultant to executive committees in cross-cultural environments, Silvana focuses on team effectiveness and change leadership and talent development strategies. As Region Director for an internal consulting group at Johnson & Johnson, Silvana established European Operations, and led a multicultural and geographically dispersed team. She has supported the development of hundreds of executives in the US, Europe, parts of Latin America and Asia. Silvana is fluent in Italian and proficient in French. She holds an M.A. Education from New York University and a B.A. in French from Fordham University with a Certificate in International Business from INSEAD, France. Silvana’s areas of focus for Tribeca Leadership are executive coaching & training, cross cultural services, and career & personal coaching.

Pat Drew | New York

Pat is an expert in individual and organizational performance. Her work leads to greater engagement and enhanced business results. She helps executives (and journalists) thrive in high-stress assignments.

 

Pat ran “people services” at the New York Times for 20 years, a position that included oversight of the EAP. At the Times she developed coaching programs across five divisions leading to resolution of high cost performance problems. Pat became a senior consultant with Guttman Development Strategies, a leading consulting firm in the area of Team Alignment.

 

Pat has Masters degrees in Psychology, Social Work and European History. Earlier in her career, she was a Manager and Director of Training at the outpatient clinic of Psychiatric Institute of Columbia University. She was an Instructor at Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons, and Associate Professor of Social Work at New York University.

 

Pat has been on the faculty for the “Managing Global Account Certification” at Columbia Business School and the Faculty of the Sulzberger News Media Executive Leadership Program at Columbia Journalism School. She has been a presenter at Harvard’s Neiman Foundation Symposium, “Journalists and Trauma.”

Sushil Cheema | Tampa

Sushil Cheema is an executive coach with an affinity for the law, journalism, and other professional fields. Her clients range from young professionals to corporate executives, and she has worked with them on business development, career transitions, and interpersonal relationships. Sushil is trained as both a life coach and executive coach, and she completed the certification offered by the Zicklin School of Business at Baruch College. Before her coach training, Sushil worked as a journalist, reporting for The New York Times and The Wall Street Journal, among other publications.  She draws on her knowledge of organizations to help clients progress in their careers. Sushil holds a B.A. from Columbia University, an M.A. from Columbia’s Graduate School of Journalism, and a J.D from Stetson University College of Law. Sushil’s areas of focus are executive coaching & training, career & personal coaching, and client pursuit services.

John C. Ford | New York

John C. Ford specializes in management development, leadership behavior and board development. His work in recruiting and interviewing techniques alone has taken him all over the world for numerous leading companies. John has also advised more than two dozen U.S. colleges and universities on board development, institutional advancement and strategic planning. He has served as the Board Chair of Neumann University in Philadelphia and led its Development Committee for four terms. John’s previous corporate career included senior level positions in broadcasting (CBS, ABC and Home Box Office) and in financial services (American Stock Exchange and Merrill Lynch & Co.). John has won citations and awards from organizations such as The Association for Training and Development, The National Communications Association and The Public Relations Society of America. John is also an Overseer Emeritus of Emerson College in Boston, is a former member of the Chancellor’s Advisory Council for the University System of Maryland, chairs the Board of Visitors for the Theater, Dance and Performance Studies at the University in College Park, Maryland and has held offices in a number of professional societies. John received his education at St. Mary’s Seminary and University in Baltimore and received his B.A. in Communications from the University of Maryland. He has pursued graduate studies at New York University along with additional studies at the Harvard Graduate School of Business, New School University in New York, the University of Wisconsin and the University of Virginia. Karyn Gallant | New York

Karyn Gallant is an executive coach and business advisor to all levels of corporate management and entrepreneurial leaders, ranging from high-potential executives to CEOs. She brings more than 20 years of experience in coaching, counselling, experiential learning, career development, and professional and individual growth strategies to her clients. Karyn leverages her deep understanding of organized design and interpersonal dynamics in her work with companies in professional services, consumer businesses, financial services, new media and publishing, public relations, non-profits and pharmaceuticals. Her clients come from a wide variety of corporate functions, including marketing, sales, finance, IT, manufacturing, business development, digital and alternative media, and many others. Karyn is particularly skilled in helping companies build strong, integrated teams and in supporting executives as they lead through change. She has led workshops in leadership training, innovative thinking, career development and managing through change for her corporate clients and other organizations throughout the New York metropolitan area. Karyn earned an MS in Organizational Development from The New School University, and received her advanced executive coach training at the Zicklin School of Management, Baruch College. ROBERT W. McGRATH | NEW YORK

Rob brings more than three decades of communications counsel and coaching to his clients. He provides strategic communications, crisis management, media training, investor relations and public affairs counsel to a wide range of real estate, financial, corporate and not-for-profit organizations. And as the media landscape has shifted in recent years, he has helped Tribeca Leadership develop media training and refresher programs for senior executives.

 

He has drawn from his experience most recently as a senior leader in corporate communications for CBRE, a Fortune 500 company and the world’s largest commercial real estate services and investment firm. In that role he strategically managed internal and external crises and provided crucial public affairs direction on a wide range of real estate, financial, reputational, and enterprise challenges. Rob also served as the company’s primary spokesperson to the media, garnering extensive positive publicity for CBRE. He facilitated positive media opportunities with The New York Times, Forbes, The Financial Times, The Wall Street Journal, CNBC, CNN, Fox Business and other media outlets.

 

Prior to his tenure at CBRE, Rob served as Senior Vice President at Robinson Lerer & Montgomery, directing public relations and reputation management programs for major organizations including Credit Suisse First Boston, S. G. Cowen and the Archdiocese of New York. Previously, Rob was Managing Partner at The Weiser Group, where he designed and implemented integrated communications programs for clients including Chase Manhattan, Deloitte LLP, IBM and Options Clearing Corporation.

 

Earlier, Rob served in several senior communications positions at organizations including PwC and the Commodity Exchange. As Head of Communications at Covenant House, he implemented a successful public relations effort that helped restore credibility to one of the nation’s largest privately funded childcare agencies. Rob began his career in the New York City government, where he was Assistant Press Secretary for Mayor Edward I. Koch. Rob supports Tribeca Leadership as it delivers executive coaching & training, leadership communications, cross cultural services, and client pursuit coaching.

Angela Hayden | New York

Angela Hayden is an affiliate consultant of Tribeca Leadership and a communications coach with expertise in presentations, voice and presence. In her work, Angela draws on previous corporate roles helping C-Suite executives develop and rehearse presentations in the record and music industry. Angela is also an actor and playwright and brings her corporate knowledge and theater arts skills to her work as a coach in a variety of industries. One of her recent coaching assignments was to support senior managers in a Big Four firm who were candidates for promotion to partner level positions. She also helps run workshops with large service companies in the financial and manufacturing fields. Angela has utilized her expertise in volunteer work in New York at Dress for Success and by helping to create a program for local residents seeking to improve job job search skills. Angela received her B.A. from St. Lawrence University and holds a certificate in screenwriting from The New School. Her areas of focus for Tribeca Leadership include executive coaching & training, leadership communications and career & personal coaching.

Shelley Huber | New York

Shelley Huber is a career and leadership coach helping clients enhance their communication skills and leadership presence. Shelley coaches and advises senior executives in financial and professional services, manufacturing, fitness, and communications. Clients who work with Shelley are able to communicate with more confidence, cultivate their authentic leadership style, and gain clarity and mastery around goal setting and time management.

 

In addition to coaching, Shelley is the founder of MindBody360, a digital platform that focuses on improved life balance and habit change.

 

She partners with companies to help energize, empower, and motivate employees, in addition to developing strategic content and programs that both engage and educate. Throughout her career, she has had the opportunity to create community and conversation around issues relating to women’s leadership, career strategies, work life integration, and health. Shelley has served as Editorial Director of WorkingWoman.com, and Vice President, Digital Marketing, at the Leading Hotels of the World. She has also been a contributor to AOLjobs.

 

Her coach training is through iPEC Coaching. She is also a certified Holistic Health Coach, certified by the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, and able to work with clients to create a foundation for holistic success, based on integrating and aligning key personal and professional spheres.

 

She holds a Master’s Degree in Art History from the University of Pennsylvania, and a BA in Political and Social Thought from the University of Virginia. She is also a graduate of the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) program.

Katina Kalin | New York

Katina Kalin is a communications coach, voice and speech specialist. She brings many years of experience as a trainer for corporate executives, entrepreneurs, actors, lawyers and other professionals, including accent reduction coaching for foreign-born speakers of English. She works with clients individually and in workshops to strengthen presentation skills and communications effectiveness. A graduate of the Neighborhood Playhouse, Katina’s coaching draws from her background as an actress and voice-over artist. She has taught speech and voice at the American Academy of Dramatic Arts, is a regular teaching guest at City University of New York, where she designs and delivers public speaking workshops. A member of the Voice & Speech Trainers Association. Katina’s areas of focus for Tribeca Leadership are executive coaching & training, leadership communications and cross-cultural services.

Richard Mahony | New York

Richard Mahony is an expert in helping executives and their organizations reach their goals through effective communication. Richard has 30 years of experience in finance, public policy, education and the arts. He began his communications career in election campaigns and then led an economic development program in Saint Paul, Minn. He then worked at J.P. Morgan as an investment banker and later as a senior communication and marketing executive in New York and London. He has held leadership roles at top communications-advisory firms, where he helped clients in financial services, retailing, healthcare, technology and energy to present complex financial, legal and scientific issues. Richard is a graduate of Macalester College, where he was named a Harry S. Truman Foundation National Scholar, and holds an advanced degree from Harvard University. For Tribeca Leadership, Richard’s area of focus are leadership communications, cross cultural services, business transformation, and client pursuit services.

Neil Parker | Midwest

Neil Parker, based in Chicago, is a corporate communications consultant with nearly 20 years of experience in helping executives tell their stories with authority and credibility. As a trainer and coach, Neil teaches executives the concepts and techniques that bring consistency and impact to interactions with the media, but also with employees, customers, boards of directors and external stakeholders. Neil has developed training programs and media relations strategies for companies in industries as diverse as financial services, food and beverage, engineering, sports and government. He was leader of the Media Practice of Burson-Marsteller in Chicago for nearly 15 years, where he built teams, led client engagements and developed training programs in the U.S. and Europe. Prior to that he worked as a reporter, producer, anchor and news director in Chicago radio and television. Neil holds a BA in communications from Michigan State University. For Tribeca Leadership, Neil’s areas of focus are executive coaching & training and leadership communications.

Michael Quinlan | New York

Michael Quinlan is a senior communications coach specializing in presentation skills for individuals and for groups. He has served as a coach for nearly a decade with large companies and growth firms. Michael’s work includes everything from staging speakers for large audience presentations to preparing teams for various sales situations. He has coached in many industries including financial services, advertising, accounting and publishing. In his work, Michael draws on more than twenty years as an actor doing a variety of film, television and radio commercials. He has also been the co-anchor of a news program for accountants for six years. Michael’s areas of focus for Tribeca Leadership are executive coaching & training and leadership communications.

Diane Reiff | Cleveland

Diane Reiff is a leadership communications consultant with substantial experience in human resource matters and organizational development. With more than 20 years of experience, Diane helps companies drive key leadership messages to staff and stakeholders through dedicated communication channels, internal policies and programs. She develops internal communications plans and materials for on-going programs as well as disruptive events (regulatory investigations, mergers, reorganizations, new technology). Diane has served clients in the telecommunications, manufacturing, and financial services industries. She established U.S. and global internal communications functions for PriceWaterhouseCoopers, Deloitte Consulting, and Deloitte LLP. Diane holds a Masters in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Akron. Diane’s areas of focus for Tribeca Leadership are leadership communications and business transformation.

Jeremy Robinson | New York

Jeremy Robinson is Tribeca Leadership’s senior executive coach. He brings four decades of coaching and consulting experience to his work with client executives. He is often chosen to coach highly-valued, high IQ executives on their self-management, leadership and emotional intelligence skills to help them drive business results. Jeremy is Faculty member and Fellow of the Zicklin Leadership Initiative at Baruch College and on the faculty of iCoachNewYork. He was Co-Academic Director for the Executive Coaching Program at the Aresty Institute of Executive Education at Wharton Business School, University of Pennsylvania as well as a Faculty member of the Columbia University/Teacher’s College Coaching Program. He has also taught first year medical students in human behavior/psychiatry at Albert Einstein College of Medicine in the 1980s and first year MBA Students in Communications at Wharton Business School in the 2000s. Jeremy is co-author of Becoming An Exceptional Executive Coach, published in 2011 by the American Management Association, and was one of four featured executive coaches on the videotape “Top Coaches In the USA”. Jeremy holds certificates in Psychoanalysis and Psychotherapy, Supervision of the Psychotherapeutic Process and Community Mental Health Consultation from the Postgraduate Center for Mental Health in NYC. Ora Shtull | New York

Ora Shtull helps senior executives in Fortune 500 companies enhance their leadership presence – their ability to engage, connect and influence in the workplace. Over the past 20 years, Ora has coached leaders at multiple organizations in financial and professional services, media, advertising and academia. Executives who work with her become more professionally productive and personally successful. In addition to coaching high-potential leaders, Ora is the author of The Glass Elevator: A Guide to Leadership Presence for Women on the Rise and a featured speaker at conferences across the U.S., inspiring professionals to communicate with confidence and lead with impact. Mimi Watson | San Francisco

Anne Buzzelli | Pittsburgh

Anna Buzzelli is a wellness coach and Registered Dietitian.  Since 2006, she has worked with dozens of clients from various walks of life. Drawing from her previous careers in computer programming and consulting, Anna asks the right questions to problem-solve and design achievable long-term wellness goals. She holds a Master’s in Nutrition from Bastyr University in Seattle, a science-focused school with a whole foods perspective, and a B.S. in Business Management from Indiana University in Bloomington. Anna is also certified in BodyTalk, an energy-management system that synchronizes the body and mind so they work more effectively. Anna’s area of focus for Tribeca Leadership is career & personal coaching, with a specialty on energy and wellness coaching.

Juli Tai Marinaccio | New York

Juli Tai Marinaccio is Tribeca Leadership’s marketing and communications coordinator, and assists with media training executives and researching professional methods our coaches use with our clients. Juli is also a skilled illustrator, cartoonist, and printer, and graduated from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago with a B.F.A. in 2020. She applies her art skills to Tribeca Leadership’s website, editorial products and workshop presentations. Juli has also organized and participated in a variety of anthologies and zines. They include Asian American, a comics anthology, and an upcoming project, Ghost Office. Juli advises our executive coaches and management consultants on the creative process, which helps them when they serve clients in fields such as marketing, public relations and design.

EUROPE + ASIA

Philippe Rosinski | Europe

Philippe Rosinski, based in Brussels, is a renowned expert in global leadership and the first European to have been designated Master Certified Coach by the International Coach Federation. He has pioneered a global approach to coaching that leverages multiple perspectives for greater creativity, impact and meaning. His two books, Coaching Across Cultures (2003) and Global Coaching (2010) are considered the seminal works in the field. A former Director of Custom Programs at the Center for Creative Leadership Europe, Philippe is a professor in the MBA program for global managers at the Kenichi Ohmae Graduate School of Business in Tokyo, and a visiting professor at the University of Economics in Prague. Philippe received an Electrical and Mechanical Engineering degree from the Ecole Polytechnique in Brussels. He holds a Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University and the Executive Master in Management degree from the Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management. Jeff Hasenfratz | Asia

Jeff Hasenfratz, based in Shanghai, is a Mandarin-speaking executive coach and facilitator who has called Asia home for 19 years. His clients include Asia-based CEOs of Fortune 500 and major European firms in the technology, construction materials, pharmaceutical, consumer goods, and financial services industries, as well as professional services firms. His own former corporate associations include Hewlett Packard, Russell Reynolds Associates, and Cincinnati Bell. Jeff is a certified Integral Coach through New Ventures West and holds the degree of Juris Doctor from the University of Cincinnati. He is a member or founding member of several Asia-based coaching associations, and in his spare time enjoys practicing taichi. Jeff’s areas of focus for Tribeca Leadership are executive coaching & training, cross cultural services and leadership communications.
