Our firm has welcomed Jan Rose to the Board of Professional Advisors.
The accomplished talent consultant, leadership coach and thought leader has joined Tribeca Leadership’s Board of Professional Advisors.
As a member of the board, Jan is a resource to Tribeca Leadership’s clients and helps provide professional guidance to the firm’s 25 coaches and consultants in North America, Europe and Asia. Tribeca Leadership, based in New York, provides executive coaching, training, team development and business consulting services to clients in financial and professional services, healthcare, manufacturing, and other industries.
“Jan is already a mentor and role model to many of us in the Tribeca Leadership community,” CEO Paul Marinaccio said. “I am grateful she has taken the formal step of joining our board.”
Jan brings to the Tribeca Leadership community more than 20 years of talent, HR and organizational consulting experience. A former leader of Mercer’s human capital practice in New York, Jan is a Partner at AchieveMission. Previously, she was a consultant and Global Content Leader at Hewitt and a Lecturer at the School of Management at McGill University.
Jan most recently co-authored “Redefining Performance Management at the Top” for the journal HR People + Strategy. Jan is also a Trustee of the State University of New York College of Optometry and active in the American Red Cross, where she is a past recipient of the Exceptional Volunteer Service Award.
